With plenty of locals walking or riding bikes, you can easily explore the area and take advantage of the many restaurants offering vegan options as well. For those interested in surfing, the mornings are a great time to catch some waves alongside the locals. Additionally, monthly rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral provide a unique and exciting experience that you won't want to miss. Overall, you will love the charm and excitement of downtown Cocoa Beach.
Guest Access
Welcome to your vacation home - the front part of it, at least! You'll have access to all the amenities you need, right from the entrance facing A1A. Just be sure to use the secret knock (it involves a funky chicken dance) to get in! Now, there is a divider door in the hallway that separates your part of the house from the other part. No worries though, we promise the other side won't sneak in to steal your snacks! You'll have access to the front porch and all the sandy goodness it brings, but sorry, no upper deck or sandpit for you. Those are reserved for the VIP guests (Very Important Pelicans). Trust us though, you won't even miss them with all the fun in the sun waiting for you at the beach!
Find us
Looking for a place to park your car? You're in luck! Our driveway can fit not one, not two, not three, but FOUR cars. And if you're feeling lucky, you can try finding a spot on the side of the street - just be sure to avoid downtown Cocoa Beach unless you want to pay for parking. But honestly, why bother driving when there's so much to see on foot? Take a stroll down Orlando Ave and you might just spot some friendly manatees and playful dolphins. Our town is pretty chill, so you can relax and enjoy the sights at your own pace.
