Rivers Residence

I have nothing bad to say about our stay. The house was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen adequately stocked with what we needed to cook. Coffee, sugar & spices were provided. The pool man came on the Tuesday we were there. There were probably a dozen floats in the utility room. The neighborhood is safe & quiet. We walked down to the river at the end of the street to see a rocket launch & felt the sonic boom. It’s about a mile from Cocoa Village & that was more than we wanted to walk but there’s plenty of free parking. We were a short drive to several nature preserves and a river walk. It’s about 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach & maybe a half hour to Kennedy Space Center. We didn’t want to be in the hubbub of spring break & this was a perfect location. There’s a Publix & dollar store a few miles away. The hosts were quickly responsive & the lock box was easy to use with code proactively provided. Don’t hesitate to stay in this little gem in Rockledge.

The house was perfect for our needs. It’s well maintained and beautifully decorated. The house is well stocked with dishes, blankets and towels. The neighborhood was very nice and right next to the water. The local restaurant’s were amazing and the city is very clean.
